Italian students
Instructions about how to proceed are here:

Foreign students
Information on how to enroll are in the Foreign Student Portal of the University of Genova:
http://www.studenti.unige.it/areaint/international-students
Please note that, if you come from outside the European Union, you will have to contact the Italian Embassy or Consulate in your country to enrol into any Italian university program. We advise you to do that as soon as possible: the Embassy deadline for the pre-enrolment procedure regarding the academic year 2019-20 has not yet been announced, but the period for presenting applications is usually between the end of February and July. The consular and visa procedures are time-consuming, and acting ahead is strongly advisable. We will publish the exact dates on this website as soon as available.
Note also that, according to the regulations of Italian master programs, your curriculum will be evaluated prior to admission. The goal is to ascertain if your background covers all of the basic contents that are necessary to successfully pursue a master program in the telecommunication and signal processing area.
If you wish to receive a pre-evaluation for the academic year 2019-20, you can upload your documents after registering at the following webpage: http://www.ime.politecnica.unige.it/submission/
In case of positive response (and only after this first approval), the student is finally requested to pass an Admission Test.
Assistance to foreign university students in Genoa is also provided by the International Students Office (SASS):
